Agreement
By using this site and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy policy.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch your coffee. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock — and will refund any payment in full.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos and exclude applicable taxes. Tax and delivery are calculated at checkout. We may change prices, but never for an order already placed.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you choose. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time before your next roast date from your account.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch within the times stated at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. If something arrives damaged, tell us within seven days.
Returns
Because coffee is perishable, we can accept returns only of unopened, non-perishable goods within fourteen days. Faulty items are always put right.
Content and imagery
Photography and video on this site represent our coffees and their origins. Where we do not hold a current photograph of the specific farm or farmer named on a product, we may use other sourcing imagery to illustrate it. This does not change the accuracy of the origin, process or other details stated on the product page.
Liability
We stand behind our products, but we are not liable for indirect loss beyond the price you paid. Nothing here limits the rights you have under Philippine law.
